How to Measure the Bust Size Correctly
Understanding your body shape is the first step in purchasing underwear. Therefore, accurate measurement of body size should never be neglected.
Posture
First, stand with your feet close together in a relaxed and upright manner, facing straight ahead. Then, raise your chin slightly. Remember to keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground when measuring. First, loosen the measuring tape and then slowly tighten it. Keep the tightness moderate when pulling and adjusting.
Bust:
First, measure the highest point of the breast bulge. When measuring, gently lift the breast a little, just as if you were wearing a bra. Only in this way can the measured value be correct.
Waist:
Measure the narrowest part of the waist. Additionally, measure the abdominal circumference at the most protruding part of the abdomen from the side.
Underbust:
Measure the lowest point (the lower edge part) of the breast bulge.
Hip:
Measure the most protruding part of the hips. At the same time, observe the shape of your hips. However, be careful not to stick your hips out to avoid affecting the measurement.
How to Wear a Bra
1. Put your arms through the shoulder straps and hang them on your shoulders. Then, hold the bottom of the cups with both hands.
2. Lean your body forward at a 45-degree angle, position the lower edge of the cups along the lower edge of your chest, and put your breasts into the cups.
3. Pull the back panel down so that it is at least level with the lower edge of the front of your chest.
4. Use the part between your thumb and index finger of your palm to help push the fat on the outside of your breasts from your back to under your arms and into the cups.
5. Adjust the length of the shoulder straps so that your nipples are in the center of the cups.
6. Swing your hands and move your body around a little until you feel that the bra is fixed properly. Then the process is completed.
